Total Compensation to Rise by 11–13% in FY2025
Starting in July 2025, TRUNK will implement a uniform salary increase of 8% for all employees.
When combined with the standard annual raise (typically 3–5%), total compensation for this fiscal year is expected to increase by approximately 11–13%.
Since its founding, TRUNK has operated under the vision of “bringing innovation to the hospitality industry,” consistently addressing challenges related to working conditions and wage standards in the sector. The company has implemented various initiatives to promote sustainable work styles, such as closing during the New Year holidays and introducing a quarterly performance evaluation system. Even during the COVID-19 pandemic, TRUNK maintained and improved employment and salaries for all employees.
This salary increase has been decided in line with company policy, aiming to stabilize employees’ livelihoods amid recent inflation and current social conditions. Going forward, TRUNK will continue to prioritize human capital management, striving for sustainable growth alongside its employees, while working to further enhance corporate value and establish itself as Japan’s first global hotel brand.
